Beyond Resilience

A portion of the proceeds of the sale of this painting will be donated to Zebra Coalition, a network of organizations providing services to LGBTQ+ youth facing homelessness, bullying, isolation from their families, and physical, sexual, and drug abuse.

The round shape is inspired by the LBGTQIA+ community's seemingly limitless drive to demand equality; the contrast between light and dark shades represents the push and pull between the necessity of continuing the fight with the exhaustion of having to continue the fight.
